By flashing our engine management calibration, all essential settings are optimized, including Vmax, RPM limiters, torque management, boost and ignition limiters, and throttle pedal sensitivity. We also adjust thermal management for increased cooling, among many other parameters, ensuring you experience the full potential of our performance tuning capabilities.
With a Stage 2 engine calibration, you can expect power output between 380hp and 410hp, and torque ranging from 480Nm to 550Nm.

Driving Profiles & Per-Gear RPM/Speed Limits
In many instances, driving profiles for part or full throttle conditions may lead to issues like miss-shifts, stalling, or incorrect gear engagement. For example, premature shifting at low speeds and low load can cause the car to shift into 5th or 6th gear before reaching 60 km/h. This often results in problems during sudden acceleration or on roads with varying elevations.
To address this, we adjust RPM and speed limits per gear, particularly for wide-open throttle (WOT) conditions, ensuring alignment with the engine’s RPM limiter for optimal performance.
Our calibration can improve gear shift response time by up to 20%, making gear changes smoother and reducing clutch slip during full-load acceleration. This is essential for protecting your clutch from premature failure.
In Sport Mode, shift times can be reduced by up to 40%, providing quicker reactions during dynamic driving. Paddle shifter response is also enhanced, allowing for faster upshifts and downshifts.
The vehicle’s engine management system contains multiple torque limiters that must be synchronized with the gearbox. We modify all critical torque limiters and, in some cases, apply special software patches. These adjustments extend the TCU’s ability to handle higher torque values, ensuring smooth gear engagement and improved performance.
We modify any additional speed limiters in the transmission control unit (TCU) to remove unnecessary speed restrictions, allowing for higher top speeds without limitation.
For vehicles equipped with DSG, we offer Launch Control optimization. Our calibration allows for perfect launches from 0 to 120 km/h, reducing acceleration time while maintaining throttle balance for maximum traction. We adjust parameters such as RPM limiters, stall limiters, engagement thresholds, and activation limits to provide a smoother and more efficient launch.
Based on the torque output of your engine, we increase clutch pressure thresholds and adjust factory algorithms. This ensures that high-torque engines maintain proper gear engagement without slipping, which improves the lifespan of both the clutch and gearbox.
