This package includes a GT-Flasher OBD2 dongle and 2.5 credits, which can be used to purchase any Stage 1 or stage 2 software for from our portal specifically made for the EA855 EVO engine.

Stage 1&2 Engine Calibration Benefits:

By flashing our engine management calibration, all essential settings are optimized, including Vmax, RPM limiters, torque management, boost and ignition limiters, and throttle pedal sensitivity. We also adjust thermal management for increased cooling, among many other parameters, ensuring you experience the full potential of our performance tuning capabilities.

With a Stage 1 engine calibration, you can expect power output between 450hp and 470hp, and torque ranging from 560Nm to 600Nm.

With a Stage 2 engine calibration, you can expect power output between 480hp and 530hp, and torque ranging from 620Nm to 7200Nm.

These power and torque figures depend on several factors:

  • Fuel Quality
  • Hardware Setup
  • Activating DYNOMODE (VIa OBD11 or VCDS) is mandatory
  • Selected option(From our online system ex. High Torque/boost or low torque/boost options)
  • Engine Condition
  • Dynamometer Brand
  • Ambient Conditions
  • Transmission (If DSG then software needed for maximum output)

1. Torque Enhancements

4. Fueling & Lambda Adjustments

  • High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP): Rail pressure thresholds and PID adjustments for seamless fuel delivery.

  • Injection Timing: Extended for DI and MPI injectors while maintaining safe thresholds.

5. Ignition & Knock Protection

7. Top Speed Adjustments

8. RPM Limit Customization

  • Max RPM Limit: Adjusted for setups up to 7200 RPM, gearbox permitting.
  • Neutral/Parking RPM Limiter: Typically set to 5500 RPM to prevent misuse.

9. Optional Tweaks

  • Start-Stop Default Off: Automatically disabled at startup, with manual activation via MMI.

How It Works:

Once you receive the GT-Flasher OBD2 dongle, simply connect it to your vehicle’s OBD2 port. The dongle will automatically detect your VIN number and sync with your account when the application is connected to your vehicle through Gt-flasher and identification is done using Windows, iOS or Android devices. Next step is to go on the tools section and select extended identification in order to send us valuable data so we can prepare a spare engine management system in order to exchange and ship as fast as possible.

After receiving your unlocked ecu, you’ll be able to connect with gt-flasher choose from various calibration options and flash the ecu directly from you phone or windows pc.
